We are looking for someone who has a good understanding of community benefits, added value and social value, as well as knowledge of the employment and training sector / community re-development.
Your experience may come from a client (procurer) or contractor perspective, or even through an organisation who has been involved in the delivery of resident targeted recruitment and training or other community benefits for a contract.
Backgrounds in construction, development, contract management, procurement, community regeneration, employability, property services (maintenance), sustainability or social enterprise are all fields of expertise that would be considered for the role, but a desire to become expert in the subject area is essential. We have an opportunity for a Data Analyst who will support our work across the full range of our business. The person appointed will be a vital part of the team, providing support to colleagues at all levels.
We are looking for someone with a background in data with excellent communication, analytical, numerical and problem solving skills. You should also be interested in seeing the bigger picture, creating effective change and improving the quality of service.
Working within a busy data team you will use a range of statistical, analytical and research techniques on a wide variety of challenging and exciting tasks that will assist key areas of the business understand and inform how we deliver our services. Your tasks will include undertaking detailed data analysis, using appropriate techniques on internal and external data sets, communicating complex information to a diverse range of customers and working to improve the way that our results and statistics are presented.
