Local Employers – Come and Make a Difference in Pontypridd!
There is a new Job Club in Pontypridd, helping job seekers improve their chances of finding work. The Job Club is run by local CAP volunteers and is free for anyone seeking work to attend.
We run an 8 week course designed to build confidence and give our members a better understanding of what employers are looking for. We need more local employers like you to come and share your experience with us!
- Meet motivated people serious about finding work.
- Let people know about the skills you value most in employees.
- Help out with sessions and build your current employees’ skills.
- Support your local community and help your current employees to really make a difference.
We are starting a new course at the end of April and are looking for employers to drop in to our sessions. We only need an hour of your time. Full training and support are provided if you want to help your current employees take part in something new.
