Morton Link invite you to a focus group meeting on Thursday June 14th, at 2.30 p.m. in Rhydyfelin Library. Morton Link is a new community interest Company that we have set up to address some identified needs in the local area.
Working with our sister company Morton Cleaning, we have devised a programme of training that we believe will allow those who are long-term unemployed for various reasons, or in danger of becomin unemployed upon leaving school, an opportunity to gain real work based skills and experience, providing them with new skills and a current and relevant reference.
As ex-teachers with a vast amount of teaching experience, and now experience of setting up and managing small businesses we are well placed to offer expert training in this area. This combined with our established links with local businesses who are looking to work alongside us, is going to allow us to make a real difference in Rhydyfelin and the wider local area.
As a Community Interest Company, our main focus is on how we can make a difference in the community, and for that reason we would like to invite you to a focus group meeting on Thursday June 14th, at 2.30 p.m. in Rhydyfelin Library.
We want to hear from you, what you would expect from a company like this, what you think is needed and any needs that could be met that we have failed to identify.
We aim to put this company in the centre of the Community, to provide a service and a point of contact for all sort of Enterprises that are currently happening in the area. This won’t work without input though, and this is where you come in.
A flyer for this event can be found by clicking the link below, and please feel free to invite colleagues or friends who you think would have an interest or would like to be able to make a contribution.
If you could RSVP so that we have a rough idea of numbers attending, that would be fantastic. We look forward to meeting you there.
Any queries please feel free to contact us on 01443 405 399/ 07872 140 412, or just pop us an email and we’ll be happy to help.
Thank you for your time, and we hope to see you next week!
