The Wales Cooperative Centre is looking to support social businesses like yours to access social finance and opportunities that may be available to you through public procurement.
Did you know that businesses whose workforce consist of 30% or more disabled or disadvantaged workers could be classed as ‘supported businesses’ and could access reserved contract opportunities?
No? Don’t worry. Most businesses don’t. We think that many more social businesses (social enterprises, co-ops, mutual, employee owned businesses) and charities fit the ‘supported business’ definition than they realise.
We are running this survey in partnership with Wavehill, a social research consultancy because we want to know which social businesses could benefit from ‘reserved contracts’. We also want to know about any experience you may have had in trying to access social investment finance so that it can better serve your needs.
By completing this survey, you are helping us to help you.
