The Council has now opened the formal process to secure a new leasehold tenant for the Muni Arts Centre and is looking for innovative, creative and sustainable proposals from either commercial businesses or community based organisations/social enterprises to re-develop this key music and entertainment venue based in the heart of Pontypridd.
If you or any other business/organisation you may work with is interested in applying, please find attached a copy of our “Expression of Interest” form.
Please could you or any other interested parties complete and return the form within the “14 Day Window of Opportunity” which runs from 9am on Wednesday 16th January 2019 until 5pm on Wednesday 30th January 2019.
Selected organisations will then be notified and will have a further six weeks to provide a fully costed business plan, which will need to evidence that their proposals meet the needs of the Council and community, and are both viable and sustainable.
In the meantime if you or any other organisation you work with requires access to the building to inform the “Expression of Interest” or if further information is required about the building, please contact Sue Colston (Corporate Estates Surveyor) on 01443 281188 or email Suzanne.firstname.lastname@example.org.
