We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Service Manager to take the lead in managing floating support services, supported housing and homelessness services to people experiencing mental health issues. These services provide support to vulnerable people in a range of supported housing settings, in their own homes in the community and in local authority housing departments for those who are homeless or at risk of homelessness to maintain their individual health and wellbeing, manage their tenancy appropriately and live as independently as possible through the provision of housing related services.
The Service Manager will hold responsibility for the day-to-day management, service impact, quality, compliance and financial performance of the service, together with a key focus on continuous improvement and development.
You will lead team of Senior Case Workers, Case and Support Workers providing recovery focussed, trauma informed, compassionate, dynamic mental health and housing related support.
