Drink Wise, Age Well – Part Time Administrator 15 hrs
Location: Cwm Taf
Funded by the National Lottery through the Big Lottery Fund, Drink Wise, Age Well aims to help people aged over 50 make healthier choices about their alcohol use as they age.
We are looking for positive and enthusiastic administrator to be a point of contact for referrals to the service who should possess excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills. Whilst it is important that you have the ability to work on your own initiative, you should also recognise the importance of working as part of an integrated team. This post holder will be employed by Royal Voluntary Service, the largest voluntary service delivering practical help in communities across Britain, and work closely with programme partners Barod, Kaleidoscope and WCADA.
The successful applicant will have a flexible approach and be responsible for ensuring that all office systems are managed consistently and efficiently. They will possess excellent IT skills and will be able to demonstrate a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, in particular Word, Excel and Outlook.
This is a fixed- term role until March 2020 and would suit a proactive person, who is committed to helping people age well.
