What a response – we have had a tremendous number of responses with great little videos to thank the incredible volunteer army in RCT. Are you taking this opportunity to shout out and say thank you? We hope you can join in and share what you are up to on social media during Volunteers Week 1-7th June. We need your help with our local RCT campaign #volunteeringismybag. #VolunteersWeek.
We want to capture what everyone is doing over the coming weeks, please share your photographs, stories and messages.
What are you planning in Volunteers Week? Can we help?
Let us know what you are doing so we can share and celebrate alongside you – please share with us on our social media pages or email email@example.com or call 01443 846200.
WORKING WITH COMMUNITIES DURING COVID-19 THROUGH ON-LINE TOOLS.
We’re nearing a month after launching the service recipes for charities platform, which collects practical examples to help charities reuse and learn from one another’s digital services. Visit here for more recipes. Here’s what our newest recipes are about: Weekday Wow Factor works to connect people of all ages and abilities across Greater Glasgow. They have moved their activities online to help people stay in touch during COVID-19. This recipe covers how they adapted their service and helped the group gain confidence using new technology. Barnardo’s are finding multiple ways to provide support to their staff and youth colleagues in light of the current COVID-19 by supporting direct workers during remote working in light of COVID-19.
MORE WAYS TO SAY THANK YOU – HELP US TO RAISE FUNDS FOR VOLUNTEERS
We NEED YOUR HELP, we cannot do it on our own – you are the expert fundraisers not us! Interlink wants your help to continue to provide essential funds to support volunteer-led community groups supporting people through Covid-19. This covers items such as PPE, volunteer expenses and family activity packs. Having exceeded our initial £1,000 target, we need further people to work with us to help fundraise. Thank-you for all your support, it is deeply appreciated by everyone at Interlink. Every little bit helps! JOIN THE CAMPAIGN
BEDS AND MATTRESSES

If you are able to use some of this stock (10 +), please get in touch through firstname.lastname@example.org or call 01443 846200.
We look forward to catching-up with you during Volunteers Week – let’s hope the weather holds for another week.
Keep safe, keep well
