Recovery College Timetable for Autumn
New Horizons and Merthyr and the Valleys Mind Recovery College Timetable for the Autumn term is now complete. We will be offering a range Agored Accredited courses and well-being workshops across Merthyr and RCT, commencing September.
Ideally, we request you complete the Recovery College booking form, should you have any beneficiaries wishing to attend. This allows us to gauge anticipated numbers and plan accordingly. We do, however, appreciate that this is not always possible, so are happy for individuals to attend without a prior booking. Are you experiencing mild to moderate anxiety or depression? If so, you are welcome to join any of the peer support groups in Cwm Taf. The groups will be meeting every week in different locations to share experiences, provide mutual support, gain information and advice on how to manage symptoms. These are friendly groups held in a private and confidential settings see the above link for specific group information.
