The role of Service User & Carer reps is to represent people’s views on the Cwm Taf Together for Mental Health Partnership Board and related sub-groups. Reps gather people’s views on what matters most to people in order to identify themes and priorities for the Board to discuss and take forward.
What is the Cwm Taf Mental Health Partnership Board?
Cwm Taf Mental Health Partnership Board is a multi-agency group that oversees the how the Welsh government’s mental health strategy ‘Together for Mental Health’ is being delivered in Rhondda Cynon Taf and Merthyr Tydfil. A range of reps from different sectors attend the Partnership Board including;
- Service User & Carer Reps
- Cwm Taf University health Board
- Rhondda Cynon Taf & Merthyr Tydfil Local Authorities
- Third Sector/Voluntary Sector
